Welcome to our house in Mexico Tulum, located just a 3-minute drive to the beach. Our property boasts 2 shared pools, a basketball court, a tennis court, a playground, and a gym, right in front of the house. Gated community, ensuring your peace of mind during your stay. There are 3 onsite restaurants within the residential resort, or venture next door to Bahia Principe, an all-inclusive resort offering a day pass for unlimited dining and drinks at a nominal fee. There is also a PGA golf course.

The space

It is a 3-level stand-alone home. The main level features a living room with TV, dining room, a 2-piece bathroom, washer and dryer in the unit (available when booked for more than 5 nights), and a fully stocked kitchen (with sliding doors to the backyard and seating area). There are 3 bikes available for $50 per stay, or they are free if booked for more than 5 nights. The 2nd level includes 2 bedrooms (one with a Queen bed/pull-out couch, and the other with 2 matrimonial beds), 2 full bathrooms with large closets and drawer space, and TVs in both rooms. The 3rd level boasts a rooftop terrace with a seating area and 2 lounge chairs.

Guest access

Guests are able to use the entire house and all the outdoor amenities. Bikes are available for $50 per stay or free of charge when booked for more than 5 nights.

Other things to note

For your convenience, you have the option to arrange your own transportation or let us handle it for you. If you prefer not to cook or dine at the resort, we can also organize a private chef to come to you and prepare meals for a fee. Just let us know your preferences, and we will take care of the rest.

You have access to 3 resorts: Tulum, Akumal, and San Kan. The costs range from $50 to $70 per person per day, with kids receiving a half-off discount.

Enjoy PGA golf with a cart, options for 9 or 18 holes, and a driving range available onsite.

Indulge in the culinary offerings at 4 excellent restaurants in the complex, including the Kay Beach Club.

Relax and unwind with spa services also available within the complex.

About this space

Nestled in a peaceful and scenic location, our cozy and fully equipped home is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. With kayaks and paddle boards available for guests, you can explore the stunning natural landscape and even kayak to Lake St. Claire. Our fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking up delicious meals. Our cottage is just a short 5-minute drive to the Marina and beach. Great spot for fishermen. Boat slip available for daily rental.
 

The space

Everything your family will need during their stay from wifi, Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, iron, blow dryer, towels, microwave, dish soap, oil, spices, coffee and nearly anything else you could need or want during your stay. Did I mention use of kayaks, paddle boards and a bbq? We also have a fire pit and wood available for a nominal charge. There is plenty of outdoor seating and we are very close to downtown and the marina!

Guest access

You will have access to your own backyard that is big enough for games and a fire pit as well as driveway to park your car(s) and boat. There are games to play and self check in with auto locks.

Escape to this gorgeous getaway in St. Joachim conveniently located only 5 minutes to 401 and Belle River and 20 minutes to Windsor. This canal front property will keep you busy your entire stay! Go skating, snowmobiling fishing, corn hole, hot tubbing, paddle boarding, kayaking and there’s even Rochester golf course just 3 minutes away. Step into our cozy living room or cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Basement space with a TV room, Bbq for a fee.

3 bedroom home. Master has king bed and ensuite bathroom, queen bed with office desk and executive chair, 2 twin beds, couch in living room that coverts into a bed. There are extra sheets, blankets, and pillows.

This area is very popular for fisherman and boaters on lake St. Clair for those that like to catch pickerel, bass and perch! There is also snowmobiling on the river, along with skating.

This is the perfect place for a business traveler or a couple enjoying some time in our quaint little town.
